H My understanding is HAPPY
Maintaining a happy mood is the foundation of health, and contentment is the secret of longevity. Many data have shown that emotions are a direct factor leading to a variety of diseases. One out of every four people in Europe and America belongs to the LOHAS group. There are 40% of the adults (80 million people) in America are LOHAS consumers. At present, there are at least 30 million precise and 100 million quasi-LOHAS consumers in China. LOHAS group emphasizes a "healthy and sustainable lifestyle". "LOHAS" is an environmental protection concept, a cultural connotation, and a product of the times. It is an exquisite attitude towards life that is close to the source of life, nature and health. It is also a kind of lifestyle that most of my friends and I respect very much.

During my stay in Shanghai, I like to go to the Chinese-style Spa in front of my house for meridian conditioning. Because of long-term intensive physiotherapy, I began to understand the principles of the meridians, and I had to admire the essence of China’s 5000-year culture.
After each meridian conditioning, I just felt that my whole body is unclogged, as if my governing and conception vessels are being opened up. "Taoism follows nature" is the core of Laozi and Zhuangzi's thought. It shows the behaviors of respecting nature, following laws and advocating natural morality, which have profound health preservation significance. In addition, the aesthetic thoughts of Laozi and Zhuangzi have a profound influence on traditional Chinese art, mountains, rivers, flowers, birds, and all living things.
